Ever thought of just going out among your colleagues and just video-ing them?
It doesn’t need a posh camera – you can use a phone. Or get someone else to do it.
Ask your people what they’ve been up to. Not just at work, on projects or hooking up with team players, but what they’re doing in their non-working hours. It’s a great way of holding the mirror up, saying to the world, “These are good people who make this business and brand what it is”.
It’s simple and effective.
