Interviews. Setup – who’s in shot?

Interviews are a fantastic way of boosting your personal brand online. It could be a client or someone else you admire. My first big tip is all about setting up and, most particularly, who’s the main feature. My view is that you should point your camera at your interviewee. Take yourself out of shot, for the most part. It hones your audience’s attention and helps them relate to what’s being said and who’s saying it. This method also helps to convey your own humility, which in these days of authenticity in no bad thing. For inspiration, have a look at the TV series I produced, “The Chair”.
