Business leaders, particularly the excellently progressive ones are embracing audio and so are their businesses.

I’m not just talking about podcasts. Or Clubhouse. There’s Telegram Voice Chats, Discord Stages, Facebook Live Audio Rooms, Twitter Spaces, Reddit Talk, Spotify Greenroom, Slack Huddles.

Audio branding is a significant business and people identifier. People remember sound – think of earworms. It helps you to get closer to us. Owning your own sonic is important – that’s why the likes of Intel, Microsoft, Danone et al spend squillions for a 5 second identifying sound or why Gary Vee makes such a big deal of it.

I reckon it’s going to be a great big sonic 2022 thing.
